As Secretary, I am in charge of sending the emails so I’m the one who bombards the society with messages!
But the rest of my role involves working very closely with the Chairs and Vice-Chair in the decision making.
Being Secretary is a fantastic opportunity to take on responsibility for an activity that I am passionate
about and as well as learning many new skills, this role has allowed to me to work with some amazing people.
Dancing is something that I have been doing my entire life and being able to continue it at university has been fantastic.
It’s a great way to meet new people, stay fit and enjoy yourself, too! Getting involved with Dance Soc and its
committee is not only rewarding, but fun and exciting and I am so glad that I have this opportunity to give
something back to the society.
